Between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., our housekeepers will show you the variety of local herbs that could be found in a farm garden and how the herbs, some of which are no longer known today, were used in the kitchen dishes, but were also the basis for the production of sauces. The fresh herbs brought variety and vitamins to the simple home cooking.
