Beams and Bars: Build a half-timbered house
Five assemblies in the museum show the house and courtyard shapes of the Rhineland. The participants discover constructions, building materials and building materials of the regional half-timbered buildings and compare living in the past and today. The self-built half-timbered model is celebrated with a hearty topping-out ceremony.
