On the meadow orchard: apple juice
The meadow orchard for fruit growing used to be a traditional part of rural self-sufficiency. The group meets the project manager at the meadow orchard in the "Bergisches Land" assembly group. The system and benefits of the meadow orchard (underuse, fruit growing, care, diversity of species) are explained. The participants harvest apples and process them into delicious apple juice as in the past.
