Forest experience trail

The Forest Learning Centre Eifel (WPZ) has created a forest trail in the grounds of the museum, to experience the woodland with all five senses. Trusting one’s partner, blind-folded on secret paths, this experience of the nature of the forest gives it a new dimension and makes the variety of woodland tangible. For families and groups it is also possible to explore the trail themselves with a „Forest Experience Rucksack" (available at the museum entrance).

Opening hours

The Open Air Museum is open on 365 days of the year. In summer from 9.00a.m. till 7.00p.m, in winter from 10.00a.m. till 5.00p.m.
